All you need to do is visit our Servers page on the website, select the level of server that suits your requirements and click on the Order Now button. This takes you to the new order page, where you can complete your details and submit your order.

Typically all our eXpress servers will be set up within 1 hour during a normal business day. Factors contributing to longer setup times may include server add-ons, custom configurations or addition of applications.

Netcetera staff will pre-install the base operating system on the server in its default configuration, assign it to an IP address then connect it to the network so that you can access it remotely. All further software installation, configuration and administration work is the responsibility of the customer. However, if you would prefer Netcetera do offer various support services as options on your package. Our highly skilled staff will also be available to provide ad-hoc support for an hourly rate. Netcetera offers different levels of Managed Services providing a different level of monitoring, security, and direct support with each dedicated server. Your server is categorized as one of the 3 levels and can be upgraded at anytime. The levels are the following: M100, M200 and M300
